Refund Policy

A user hasthe right to a refund for a cancelled booking only if a technician has not accepted the booking with full refundyet. (Subject to e-payment gateway charges).

If user still decidesto cancel the booking after it has been accepted by the technician, there will be cancellation charges as stated in the Cancellation Policy.

However, we will not performany refunds once the service is completed and you will be able toreport anyissues faced within seven (7) days from the date the service request was completed.

As stated in our Cancellation Policy, we willonly cater for the Cancellation if you:

	Our technician arrives for a scheduled booking, but they’re unable to contact you, gain entry or start the work. If you thought your booking was canceled, or thereareother issuesregarding your booking, please contact us via Message at Aircond4u App.	No refund allowed (100% of total booking fee forfeited)

In the event thatour technician is unable to perform the services requested by you due to no fault of yours, 100% of the fee paid will be refunded to you. (Subject to e payment gateway charges).

However, in the event you refuse to allow our team to perform the services, or we are unable to gain access to your premises or we are unable to perform the services due to your fault, the entire fee shall be forfeited absolutely.

A notification will be sent through the AirCond4u App and email to inform you about the refund. At the same time, your refund will be processed within five (5) business daysonce your Cancellation Request has been approved.

If the payment was made using ATM Bank Transfer/ Online Banking will refund the payment into your account immediately. If you made the payment using credit/debit card, the refund will only reflect back in your card within 7-14 days by standard operating procedure from the bank. All refund subject to payment gateway surcharge.
