2.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any specific service category at any time, subject to reasonable notice on our platform.
3. App Usage and Account Registration
3.1. To book a service, you may be required to register an account and provide accurate contact and location details.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Bookings, Scheduling, and Cancellations
4.1. Booking: All service requests must be submitted through the AirCond4u app or official website.
4.2. Scheduling: We pride ourselves on our Fast Response Team and will make every effort to arrive within the selected time slot. However, schedules may occasionally be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or traffic).
4.3. Cancellations: Users may cancel or reschedule a booking without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a minimal administrative fee.
5. Pricing and Payments
5.1. Transparent Pricing: We are committed to an honest, transparent pricing policy with no hidden charges. Estimated costs are provided prior to booking confirmation.
5.2. Final Invoice: The final price may be adjusted if the assigned technician discovers additional necessary repairs upon on-site inspection, subject strictly to the User's prior approval.
5.3. Payment Methods: Payments must be completed upon service delivery through the approved digital payment gateways within the app or via direct bank transfer.
6. Quality Assurance and Warranty
6.1. AirCond4u guarantees that all services are performed by experienced and trained HVAC specialists.
6.2. We provide a limited warranty on workmanship and replaced parts (the duration of which depends on the specific service/part, as detailed in your service receipt).
6.3. The warranty is voided if the repaired equipment is subsequently tampered with by unauthorized third parties or if post-maintenance guidelines are ignored.
7. Safety and Liability
7.1. Safety First: Your safety is our top priority. Our technicians adhere to strict safety protocols during all installations, chemical cleanings, and repairs.
7.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, AirCond4u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or property damage, arising from the use of our app or the performance of our services, unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. We collect and process your personal data in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
8.2. Your information (including email and location) is used solely for service fulfillment, customer support, and, if opted in, our newsletter updates.
